If you are gluten free, you are probably familiar with Enjoy Life - maker of all good things gluten free. Our favorite Enjoy Life product prior to the expo were Plentils, lentil chips.
These are their crunch cookies - chocolate chip, sugar crisp, double chocolate, and vanilla honey graham. I took a sampler of the sugar crisp, and it was great.
Post expo, I am personally a huge fan of their decadent bars, which come in four flavors - cherry cobbler, s'mores, chocolate sun butter, and cinnamon bun. My favorite of them all was the chocolate sun butter and s'mores.
The Enjoy Life booth was full of great products...the other standout was their semi sweet chocolate mini chips, which we use all the time for baking, and the nut and seed fruit mix.
