3-Ingredient Pancakes

Today on Gluten Free Best Friend we are making 3-Ingredient Pancakes!



Mahaley is super excited about these. Bailey, not so much. One of the main ingredients of these pancakes are bananas. If you are unfamiliar with Bailey's weird food-phobia, she hates bananas. Like really hates them. But, Mahaley insisted that everyone know how delicious and healthy these pancakes are!





The 3 main ingredients you will need are...
1 1/2 mashed banana
2 eggs
1 TBSP quinoa flakes

You will also want to add 1/8 TSP baking powder to make sure your pancakes are nice and fluffy!

Mash up the bananas then mix in your eggs and quinoa flakes and 1/8 tsp of baking powered. Then add what ever you would like to spice it up a bit.
Thats it! Just cook it like a pancake! Its a 3 ingredient pancake!

You also have the option to add some fun to the pancakes. We used 2 TBSP chocolate chips and 1/4 TSP cinnamon. Feel free to get crazy and add whatever you would like maybe some blueberries or strawberries!




These are so quick and easy! Give them a try and let us know what you think! This recipe make 4-6 pancakes depending on how big you like them with about 67 calories in each! Not too bad!
