Pilates at Home!

Fun fact... We met at an amazing pilates class and pilates is still one of our favorite workouts! 

Bailey even went as far as getting a reformer to use at home, which Mahaley likes to take advantage of whenever possible!

However, as mentioned in the finance section, we are not the best with our money. But Bailey rationalized that one machine will cut down the cost of expensive classes every week! Most of you probably won't have a pilates machine at home, so we wanted to show you how to do some of the workouts on your own (or with a friend preferably!)

Today we will show you a basic 3 step arm workout! Get those arms and shoulders ready for tank tops and bikinis!
